This was my first cammino, Cammino San Antioco Sardinia. I did not have any expectations; I wanted to enjoy the moment. It turned out to be a lovely cammino, walking in nature, in a group, in good company. I sometimes walked in silence, just absorbing the scenic surroundings. It was a time to be with my inner self.
James Portelli, our XirCammini leader, was always ready to explain anything of interest. We were also present for San Antioco Village feast, which added to our already amazing experience.
