Dear Friends

No matter where we live in the world we are all going through the same thing right now. At the moment the world faces serious challenges. It is Day 18 of isolation at home here in Santiago. The streets are deserted and the Camino is closed. I say this not to depress us but simply to say that it is at this time I’ve come to think of my many friends across the world and I thought I would write to say that I am thinking about you and that I hope that you and yours remain in good health and keep safe.

To while away the hours I’ve been posting little videos on Facebook. If you don’t go there I’ve included links below to couple of these. I’ve also attached a video of Stephen singing in the Church of San Agustin here I the heart of Santiago. The words couldn’t be more appropriate for all of us at this time.

Until we meet again.

Love

John

When you walk through a storm

Hold your head up high

And don’t be afraid of the dark.

At the end of the storm is a golden

And the sweet silver song of a lark.

Walk on through the wind,

Walk on through the rain,

Tho’ your dreams be tossed and blown.

Walk on, walk on

With hope in your heart

And you’ll never walk alone,

You’ll never walk alone.https://player.whooshkaa.com/episode?id=603763
