1. sufficient amount of drinking water,
2. a sun cap
3. sun block

some nibbles to share if you wish and a towel if you wish to wet your feet or take a short swim in the middle of the trek close to Ghar Niffied.

We’ll trek down from Hagar Qim to Ghar Niffied, swim, share some picnic nibbles and return to our cars.
