Please bring a
- sufficient amount of drinking water,
- sun cap
- sun block
- some nibbles to share if you wish and a towel if you wish to wet your feet or take a short swim in the middle of the trek in Fomm Ghammieh.
We will walk from the Ghadira car park in the direction of the Red Tower and descend past the Roman apiaries to Fomm Ghammieh. We’ll stop for 20 – 30 mins and return to the carpark.
