Redondela to Santiago de Compostela with 5-day Kayaking Option (20260615R, Level: Mod) Meeting Place: 2 hours before the flight at the airport

Embark on a profound spiritual journey, on an interesting variant of the second most popular Camino de Santiago with XirCammini.

We start our Camino in Redondela, walking for 2 days to Barrantes in Salnés Valley on the Camino Espiritual of the Camino Portugués de Santiago de Compostela. From there we kayak on Ría de Arousa (Arousa estuary) and up the River Ulla (Río Ulla) to reach Pontecesures. This maritime-fluvial route, known as Traslatio, follows the journey St. James’s remains traditionally believed to have taken to reach IIria Flavia (present day, Padron).

Price | Deposit

Applicants will receive an invoice with the price payable in two instalments (deposit and balance) with dates indicated on the invoice.  The price of this trip covers local transport and daily baggage transfers in Spain and accommodation on a shared, twin-room B&B basis (single supplement can be quoted if requested). The price includes hiking training, an information session, and a trek-leader and the rental of kayaks, A Camino Passport (Credencial) and assistance in obtaining the Compostela Certificate.
