This challenge offers a unique opportunity to traverse Gozo’s diverse coastal landscapes\, including harbours\, defensive structures\, cliffs\, beaches\, hills\, and valleys. It serves as excellent training for future long-distance walks\, fosters camaraderie\, and allows participants to experience the historical and natural beauty of Gozo. \n\n\n\nThe event is carefully planned to cover the circumference of Gozo over two days in a safe manner. The journey commences at 08:30 a.m. on 21st February 2026 from Mgarr Harbour\, with the initial leg of the walk proceeding towards Hondoq ir-Rummien. The first day’s trek concludes in Marsalforn. XirCammini will arrange one night’s accommodation on a twin-sharing bed and breakfast (B&B) basis for participants. On the second day\, the walk resumes from Marsalforn\, continuing back to Mgarr\, always along Gozo’s scenic coast\, with participants returning to Malta in the evening of 22nd February 2026. \n\n\n\nEvent Details and Logistics\n\n\n\nThe challenge is structured to provide a comprehensive experience of Gozo’s coastal paths.
